- How does billing work?
- You pay for one month at a time. It is a single charge. Your card is not stored and nothing renews automatically. We email you before your month ends so you can decide whether to continue.
- When do I get access?
- Straight away. Your plan is activated as soon as the payment clears, and we email a link to choose a password to the address you paid with. If you already have an account, the plan is applied to it.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. When you renew, simply choose a different plan. There is no contract to change and nothing to cancel.
- What payment methods are supported?
- Payment is processed by Tap Payments, which accepts major credit and debit cards. Card details are never seen or stored by this platform.
